We are a family-run hotel located in a tradıtional restored Cappadocian house in the heart of Goreme. The 13 rooms are hewn out of the rock with the upper rooms carved from local stone. Sleeping in a cave room is a great experience - the quality of this age-old rock means that the rooms stay cool in the summer and retain warmth in winter although we do have central heating for your extra confort.

Our home-made cooking is made with traditional recipes from fresh local produce and our breakfast buffet ıncludes a selection of Turkish specialities as well as fresh seasonal fruit.

We create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can chill out with a drink on one of our panoramic terraces, taste local home-made cooking and basically enjoy typical authentic Turkish hospitality.

Ramazan, the owner, is always available for giving advice on itineraries or things to do and see, or for free pickup from the bus station in Goreme. Whether you are a solo traveller, a couple looking for a romantic getaway spot or a family with children, we at the Star Cave Hotel will do our best to make your stay with us worth remembering!
